Yes, you are up early..if it makes you feel any better, I did wake up just a couple of minutes after you did...but fortunately, I was able to go back to sleep until 5:30 when I had to get up for real.  I usually wake up sometime between 4 and 5am..make a pit stop, wonder if I'll be able to fall asleep again...and then usually beat the alarm going off by waking up again.  I do hope all this rest is helping your back even tho I know you must be bored to tears sometimes :-(  Hang in there..this too shall pass...eventually ^_^

My day is more of the same: work and then home. It's too darn hot to do much of anything outdoors. Suppose to get to 104 again today and the weekend is predicted to remain in the same 100+ range. That shoots down going to the 5th wheel this weekend...too hot to do anything outside and I can do more at home inside than at the park.  At least we have a carving room at home; we don't carve in the 5th wheel...too much of a mess to clean. LOL 

I celebrate 4 mos today post op and down 48lbs since surgery and 77lbs in all.Today I have put myself back on track as far as working this tool correctly.  I've pushed the envelope again..seeing what happens 'if'...and not sure if no reaction (dumping or something else) is a good thing....it does mean I have to be responsible and determined to continue this journey in the right direction.  And someone has the nerve to say this is the 'easy' way?!!  NOT!!

Congrats to Jackie...will welcome her to the Loser's Bench with open arms!  Everyone take a deep breath, smell the roses and DRINK the LIQUIDS! LOL

Congrats on your 4 month anniversary.  By the time your year is over, I am willing to be you are done with your weightloss, then you will just need to keep it off. You should be very healthy by then too,  Feeling and looking good, who ever thunk?

Thank you, Diane, for your encouragment and positive reinforcement of my goals.  I try not to think too far down the road...it's scary!  I mean, I know how to LOSE the weight (gee, I'v only practiced a bizillion times!) but MAINTAINING???  Now that scares me to death...I don't know how to do that! LOL  Thank you again for your support...it is soooo appreciated!

Well, no work on the "Room" for me today ...it is just to dang hot!! My hand are too swollen to be messing with it all anyway.
I was sorry to see that there must have been a bunch of drama here on the Cali board and I personally just don't get it. But that is all I will say about it cause it is none of my business and I don't do that ( drama that is.)
Shells good to see you on the board, you've been missed.
It is going to be way too hot for man or beast today!! So I am going to take it really easy until this evening and hopefully get some work done on the room then...maybe. There is only about 10 hours of work left to do but it has to be done in step that take up a lot of extra time.
Diane my offer still stands...just let me know.

Joy, as of yesterday the doctor is still waiting for approval from the insurance company.  I promise to let you know and if it does work out that you get down here...bring a sweater I keep the house cool.  My dad can't have it hot because of his breathing and heart problems so I keep the house cool for him.

Ok Joy, fork up the pictures of this room we have been hearing about!  I gotta see it.  I am just in AWE that you can do this on your own.  Heck I made a birdhouse once, my husband laughed so hard he about peed his pants.  I used these huge nails and if a bird would have treid to get into the house they would have decappitated themselves.  I would love to see pictures of your work.  When come out here, we gotta do a coffee or a lunch or a tea or something.  I have been wanting to meet you.  I am heading up your way soon maybe we could meet then?  Take care and happy building.  stay cool.

Hi Diane and all,
I have not posted in a long time- but today looks like a good day to try it again. I am working on cleaning and reorganizing a bathroom linen closet. It's a job that I have been too LAZY too tackle but now is the time! As far as eating goes, I've been BAD, gained some pounds, and I am determined to get back on track. I still have a goal of hitting OnederLand too! Tonight I'm going with my daughter to see "My Sister's Keeper". I love seeing everyone here so happy!

Hey Julia, good to see you again.  I too have onederland evading me.  Maybe we can ban together and get there together, it's just so hard!  I understand how it feels, and the frustration really is upsetting.
